The hotel architecture was inspired by the Garcia D'Ávila, the first castle in Brazil erected in the days of colonial provinces. On offer are a total of 25 apartments, and facilities include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a restaurant, a public Internet connection (charges apply), a laundry service (charges apply), and parking for those arriving by car.

The extremely spacious apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, and satellite/ cable TV. In addition, a minibar, centrally regulated air conditioning, and a safe are also all provided as standard in every accommodation unit.
